Family Beginnings
La Patisserie started up as a one man home-based operation business in Guelph, Ontario in 1995. Richard and his wife Claire, set up shop in their home. Armed with over two decades of pastry knowledge, a double door fridge in the garage and, a Kitchen Aid mixer in their kitchen, their delicious cakes quickly attracted restaurant chefs in the Guelph and surrounding areas. |
Today & Beyond
La Patisserie gradually expanded thanks to its success. Eventually the company relocated to a new facility in anticipation of As retail inquiries grew, a small retail store was outfitted. In recent years the retail store acclerated.
